Built by players, for players
Iron Dungeon Frontier started in 2016 as a Friday-night board-and-arcade club on Baldwin Street. Ten years later we're a 14-person studio that ships pixel-precise indie games and manages two competitive esports rosters. The chalkboard walls where we sketch level maps are still exactly where they were.
How we ship
From napkin sketch to launch
Every project runs in six-week playable sprints, so you hold something you can actually play by the end of each one. We handle art, code, sound, and playtesting under one roof, and we bring your community in early for feedback nights right here in the shop.
